Here we are, 16 weeks. So the baby is the size of an avocado and I really can feel them getting bigger, and my stomach is testament to that! I definitely popped this week and even though I can still wear a lot of my own clothes – I have a lot of flowy tops and stretchy dresses so those are still comfy – I’ve started to wear more and more maternity clothes (hello maternity pants!).
16 Week Update
Workouts: Pretty proud of myself this week. I’ve done yoga three times and gone for walks pretty much every day. Yay me.
Symptoms: This week I have had to pee sooooo much!!! Especially at night for some reason! Also, I get really out of breath really easily. Stairs kill me. I have bit of heartburn. Achy legs and hips. Still a tad nauseous for no good reason. And I’m super emotional this week. So I was scrolling through Reddit and saw a post titled “My Non Verbal Son Signing for the First Time” and I got tears in my eyes! I didn’t even click on the post!!
Food Aversions: Water is still not my friend.
Food Cravings: I’m liking food, but not looooving it like I did with my first. Not really craving anything but I am still enjoying fries, cheese, and icecream sandwiches.
Sleep: So awful this week!!! I go to bed super tired only to toss and turn and then get up to pee a million times.

Fun and/or Interesting Things from the Week: Not too much happened this week. I booked my anatomy scan, so that’s in a few weeks – I can’t wait to find out the sex!
